Active Control Automation And Industrial Sales Corporation is currently seeking a qualified Safety Officer 2 to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will serve as the guardian of our operational safety, ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed. You will be responsible for identifying potential hazards, conducting comprehensive safety audits, and leading our workforce in emergency preparedness drills. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure strict compliance with OHS laws and company policies.
- Implement and enforce comprehensive safety programs, including risk assessment and hazard control.
- Train and educate employees on safety procedures, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and emergency response protocols.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Monitor and maintain all safety equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Prepare detailed safety reports and incident records for management and regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with local government units and safety auditors during inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH (Certificate of Safety Training) certificate.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in safety management within the construction or industrial industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for safety briefings and reporting.
- Physically fit and capable of performing site inspections in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety management software and MS Office applications.
