Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans and emergency procedures
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and safety incidents to determine root causes
- Deliver mandatory safety training programs for workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOSH, and other local safety regulations
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, incident reports, and compliance records
- Liaise with regulatory bodies during inspections and audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Safety Officer (CSO) or equivalent OSHA/DOSH certification
- Minimum 3 years of construction site safety experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety regulations and industry standards
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis expertise
- Advanced proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
