Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and protocols for data center operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees, contractors, and visitors
- Monitor and ensure adherence to safety procedures during construction, maintenance, and operational activities
- Stay updated with the latest safety regulations, standards, and best practices in data center operations
- Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve the organization's safety performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management, preferably in data centers, construction, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and influence others
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or relevant employment pass
