Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and enforce safety protocols
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for construction personnel
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incident reports
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with DOLE and OHS standards
- Lead emergency response drills and safety committee meetings
- Monitor and enforce proper use of PPE and safety equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of safety management experience in construction or manufacturing
- DOLE-accredited Safety Officer certification (OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001)
- Proficiency in safety documentation systems and incident reporting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and safety regulations
- Certified First Aid and CPR training
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
