Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive safety programs aligned with OSHA/DOLE regulations
- Conduct daily site inspections and hazard assessments across construction zones
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis with corrective action plans
- Deliver safety training programs for employees and subcontractors
- Monitor compliance with PPE usage and safety protocols
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety committees
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and regulatory reporting
- Advise project teams on risk mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' construction safety management experience
- Valid OSHC/NEBOSH/ISO 45001 certification
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations (DOLE, OSHA)
- Incident investigation and risk assessment expertise
- Advanced training in construction hazard recognition
- Proficiency in safety management software (e.g., iAuditor, SafetyCulture)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
