Grandsun is currently seeking a highly skilled and proactive Safety Officer IV to join our team in Malvar, Batangas. As a key member of our operations, you will lead the implementation of rigorous occupational health and safety programs, ensuring that every project meets local and international compliance standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs across project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure adherence to DOLE and industry-specific regulations.
- Analyze accident reports, identify root causes, and develop effective corrective action plans.
- Facilitate safety orientation and training workshops for all employees and subcontractors.
- Maintain and update essential safety documentation, permits, and compliance records.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure constant site availability.
- Lead emergency response planning, drills, and crisis management protocols.
- Collaborate with management to integrate safety initiatives into the daily operational workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) or COSH (Construction Occupational Safety and Health) certification is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Safety Officer within the construction sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, specifically DOLE OSH Standards (RA 11058).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing behavior at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Malvar, Batangas and travel to various project sites as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting tools.
