Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular safety inspections of the construction site to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Implement and enforce company safety policies, procedures, and programs to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure all personnel are wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Organize and facilitate toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and orientations for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of safety reports, incident logs, and training certificates.
- Monitor adherence to environmental regulations and waste management protocols on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must possess a valid DOLE Safety Officer Certificate (License No. 1 or 2).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Safety Officer role within the construction industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSH).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to act decisively in emergency situations.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a construction site environment.
