In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all personnel on our construction sites. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for workers and subcontractors.
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate safety reports, incident logs, and documentation.
- Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Coordinate with project managers to implement safety improvements and policy updates.
- Monitor the condition of construction equipment to ensure safe operation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Engineering (or related field).
- Valid Safety Officer License (e.g., OSHWA/DOLE ID) is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction sector.
- In-depth knowledge of OSH regulations, fire safety, and construction hazards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret safety data and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting purposes.
- Physically fit and willing to work in various weather conditions on-site.
