Bosh Engineering is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer / WSHO to join our dynamic team in Kaki Bukit. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead safety briefings, tool-box meetings, and incident investigation reports to prevent reoccurrence.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure all site activities adhere to MOM and NEA regulations.
- Manage risk assessments, safe work procedures, and maintain up-to-date documentation for all M&E works.
- Liaise with external auditors and government authorities regarding site safety performance.
- Promote a robust safety culture through training sessions and active engagement with on-site staff.
Kualifikasi
- Registered WSHO with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the construction or M&E industry.
- Possess a valid certificate in WSH Level C or Advanced Certificate in WSH.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH Act, regulations, and relevant codes of practice.
- Effective communication skills to engage with site workers, management, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and assess site-specific risks accurately.
- Proven track record in driving safety excellence in fast-paced construction environments.
