Bhd. is looking for a highly motivated Safety Site Supervisor to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As a Safety Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across our sites. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of safety awareness among all personnel and subcontractors. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor daily site activities to identify potential hazards and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks, safety inductions, and site inspections to ensure all personnel are aware of safety procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Act regulations and company safety policies.
- Investigate and report any accidents, near-miss incidents, or unsafe working conditions immediately.
- Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation, including risk assessments, safety reports, and incident logs.
- Liaise with government authorities regarding safety audits, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive safety culture and encourage reporting of safety concerns among the workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH), Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Certificate of Competency (COC) in Occupational Safety and Health is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Safety Supervisor role within the construction industry.
- Strong working knowledge of local safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively on a busy construction site.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
