Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive safety policies aligned with OSHA standards and local regulations
- Conduct regular workplace safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Design and deliver safety training programs for all personnel levels
- Manage safety documentation, compliance records, and reporting systems
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and safety drills
- Mentor safety personnel and foster a proactive safety culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in safety supervision or management
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations (DOLE, OSHS)
- Advanced skills in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Experience developing safety training programs and materials
- Proficiency in safety management software and data analysis
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
