Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor construction sites to enforce safety protocols and identify potential hazards
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for all personnel
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and company policies
- Prepare detailed safety reports and documentation for management review
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and conduct drills
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to align safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety supervision
- Certification in OSHA 30-hour or equivalent safety qualification
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian OSH Act 1994 and construction regulations
- Proven ability to develop and implement safety management systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for team training
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Proficient in safety documentation software and reporting tools
