Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety and health plans to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Facilitate daily toolbox talks and safety briefings to enhance site-wide safety awareness.
- Investigate all site incidents and near-misses, providing detailed reports and actionable recommendations for prevention.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure adherence to established safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for safety compliance, including JKKP/DOSH filings.
- Promote a 'Safety First' culture among all on-site personnel through advocacy and training.
- Monitor the usage and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure optimal safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site safety supervision within the construction or engineering sector.
- Valid Yellow Book or Green Book (SHO) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOSH regulations, and Malaysian construction safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing workers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities regarding hazard mitigation.
- Proficient in MS Office and safety reporting software.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
