Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily safety operations and enforce OHS regulations on construction sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols and emergency response plans
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees and subcontractors
- Manage safety documentation, compliance reporting, and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into operational planning
- Lead safety committees and promote proactive hazard prevention measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in OHS (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction safety management
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian OSHA regulations and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills for incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
