As our primary representative in the region, you will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and solution mapping to high-stakes negotiation and long-term account management. You will work closely with our regional technical teams to deploy sophisticated telecom infrastructures that empower businesses. Tanggung Jawab
- Aggressively identify and penetrate new business opportunities within the Indonesian telecommunications and ICT sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand Telogic’s footprint and market share.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Conduct high-impact product presentations and technical demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales process to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular market intelligence reports to regional management.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of successful experience in B2B sales or account management specifically within the Telecom or ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications solutions, including VAS, mobile networks, and enterprise ICT.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the Indonesian market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Existing network of contacts within major Indonesian telco operators and enterprises is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
