- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports on sales performance
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the Davao region as needed
