Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Oversee full invoice lifecycle from generation to reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Coordinate with sales teams on revenue recognition and commission calculations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and financial transaction audits
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in sales-focused environment
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax laws and accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/CPA) preferred
