Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and order histories.
- Prepare sales reports, invoices, and quotations in a timely and error-free manner.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional assets.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment planning to prevent shortages.
- Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks, data entry, and general office duties.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales administration or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
