Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and update the sales database to ensure all contractor and client information is accurate and current.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve inquiries and provide updates.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, follow up on pending orders, and prepare progress reports.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
  • Support the coordination of corporate end-user projects and ensure timely delivery of project-related documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly sales performance reports and inventory management records.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with contractors and consultants.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service and detail-oriented work.
  • Valid employment status or eligibility to work in Singapore.
