Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process all incoming Sales Orders (SO) with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle the administration of Variation Orders (VO), including data entry, verification, and filing.
- Maintain and update sales databases and records to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, summaries, and correspondence to internal stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating with logistics or production teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status and provide necessary documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and sales-related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM software is an advantage.
