As the face of our administrative support, you will also serve as a key liaison between the sales team and our logistics partners. You will coordinate directly with the warehouse to ensure that every order is fulfilled efficiently and delivered on time. Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and manage sales orders, quotations, and invoices with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with the warehouse and logistics departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and verify all necessary delivery documents and shipping labels.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases within the company system.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and providing updates regarding order status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare performance reports and support promotional activities.
  • Ensure all administrative documentation complies with company policies and regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or data entry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail in data processing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
