Your primary focus will be managing complex documentation related to LPHS (Low Cost Housing Scheme) and PPAM (Perumahan Awam Perumahan Negara). You will be responsible for the timely and accurate submission of these documents, ensuring full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will oversee system updates, maintain accurate records, and assist the sales team with data management, reporting, and general coordination.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process LPHS and PPAM documentation with high accuracy.
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team effectively.
- Ensure timely submission of all administrative paperwork and reports.
- Update and maintain internal sales systems and databases.
- Prepare sales reports, statistics, and coordination schedules.
- Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support to the department.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or real estate.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
