Are you a motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic, fast-paced technology distribution environment? Ban Leong Technologies, a brand name synonymous with tech distribution in Singapore, is seeking a proactive Sales Admin / Admin Assistant to join our team in the East Region.

This is a 6-month contract position with a strong potential for renewal or conversion to permanent roles based on performance and business needs. We actively welcome fresh graduates who are eager to learn, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations, ensuring seamless order processing and exceptional administrative efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide administrative support to the sales and business development teams.
  • Process incoming sales orders, generate quotations, invoices, and delivery orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and warehouse, to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and telephone, redirecting them to relevant sales personnel when necessary.
  • Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports and tracking performance metrics.
  • Perform general office administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • High level of accuracy, meticulousness, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multi-tasking demands.
  • Available to commence work immediately or on short notice.
