- Process and accurately manage sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, presentations, and analyses for management review.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and track commission eligibility.
- Support general office administration tasks as needed to ensure smooth operational flow.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a Sales Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes and basic customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
