Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and organize daily sales documentation, reports, and client correspondence.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, contracts, and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate customer records and sales tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via email and phone with a high level of professionalism.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate weekly status reports for management.
  • Assist with scheduling client meetings, site visits, and department briefings.
  • Ensure office supplies and sales materials are stocked and well-managed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential company information.
  • Experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Resident of Antipolo City or nearby areas in Rizal is a strong advantage.
