Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process real estate sales contracts, listing agreements, and marketing materials with high precision.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to Australian real estate agents, including calendar management and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM with accurate property data, lead information, and client interactions.
  • Coordinate property listing uploads across various digital platforms and real estate portals.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries via email and phone, ensuring professional and timely responses.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance summaries for management review.
  • Assist in the coordination of open house schedules and marketing campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Sales Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Real Estate processes or previous experience working with AU clients is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Angeles City, Pampanga.
