Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process new customer account openings with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records in the internal CRM system.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and generate regular progress reports.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery and follow-up on customer orders.
  • Resolve account discrepancies and assist with credit control procedures when necessary.
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese (added advantage).
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with hardware industry products is a significant advantage.
