Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process new customer account openings with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records in the internal CRM system.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and generate regular progress reports.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery and follow-up on customer orders.
- Resolve account discrepancies and assist with credit control procedures when necessary.
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese (added advantage).
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with hardware industry products is a significant advantage.
