Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process accurate sales quotations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Track and maintain daily sales data using Excel to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve client inquiries and order status updates.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all client contracts and transaction logs.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor inventory or service availability to provide real-time updates to the sales team.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of professional experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data entry).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
