Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations within the Dealer Management System (DMS), ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process and verify sales contracts, invoices, and vehicle documentation efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM and DMS databases.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate closely with the finance and accounting departments for documentation processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for internal and external inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or data entry.
- Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM software is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
