Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure excellent service delivery
- Coordinate order processing and track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
- Prepare and maintain essential sales documentation including contracts, invoices, and reports
- Support sales representatives with administrative tasks and data management
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
- Implement and maintain efficient sales administration systems and procedures

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
