You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment follow-ups, and precise inventory tracking. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end sales order processing cycle, ensuring high accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinating effectively between internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain and update inventory records to ensure real-time visibility of stock levels.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and necessary shipping documentation.
  • Conduct professional follow-ups on outstanding payments and support accounts receivable processes.
  • Assist the sales team in generating regular performance reports and maintaining client databases.
  • Streamline administrative workflows to improve team efficiency and operational output.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent certification in Business or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM or accounting software is considered an added advantage.
