Join Bomatec as a Sales & Admin Executive and become the backbone of our logistics operations in Klang. This hybrid role combines sales coordination with critical administrative functions to ensure seamless delivery processes and customer satisfaction. You'll manage end-to-end shipping documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, handle customs compliance, and maintain accurate order systems while supporting our sales team's operational needs. This position offers dynamic exposure to both supply chain management and client-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize shipping routes for operational efficiency
- Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations
- Update and maintain order management systems with real-time tracking
- Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping agents to resolve logistics issues
- Support customs clearance processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Assist sales team with order processing and client documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
