Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks including data entry, report generation, and CRM management
- Coordinate sales activities by scheduling client meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and documentation for commercial clients
- Handle incoming communications, including calls and emails, with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
- Assist in organizing sales events, promotional activities, and client outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and client information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling and documentation
- Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous internship or administrative experience is highly valued
