Asiaalum Trading Indonesia is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Admin (Mandarin Speaker) to join our growing team in Cikupa, Banten. In this role, you will be the vital link between our local operations and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and efficient sales processes.

As a Sales Admin, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales department by managing documentation, processing orders, and providing top-tier administrative support. We are looking for a proactive individual who can seamlessly bridge the language gap and contribute to our company's continued success in the trading industry. If you have excellent multitasking abilities, a strong command of Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), and a passion for administrative excellence, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and manage daily sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Translate and interpret documents and daily communications between Mandarin and Indonesian/English.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics, warehouse, and finance, to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, contracts, and sales records systematically.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, data summaries, and administrative updates for management.
  • Handle incoming inquiries from Mandarin-speaking clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and other sales-related documents.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficient in the Mandarin language (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is strictly required.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Admin, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, or any related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills.
