Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases, tracking sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior management and the sales team.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, healthcare providers, and distributors with high professionalism.
- Manage inventory records and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure product availability.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and medical product quotations.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with industry regulatory standards and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or general office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential medical/corporate information.
