Tanggung Jawab
- Process sales orders, generate invoices, and manage sales-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (CRM) to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate sales personnel or resolving issues directly when possible.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely product dispatch and customer satisfaction.
- Manage office supplies and equipment for the sales department, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Contribute to improving sales administration processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a Sales Administration, Office Support, or similar administrative role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and client-focused approach.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
