Winstar Aluminium Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to our dynamic Sales Department. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that daily workflows are seamless and order management processes are executed with precision.

As part of our growing team, you will be responsible for managing client communications, processing sales orders, and maintaining accurate records. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational skills. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Sales Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and workflow efficiency.
  • Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain and update the sales database with current client information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and related documentation for management review.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, routing them to the appropriate personnel efficiently.
  • Assist in coordinating between the Sales and Production/Logistics departments to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Manage correspondence, including quotations, invoices, and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and filed correctly.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong data entry and spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy in data processing and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
