We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Admin Strategist to support our dynamic sales team at LINACO. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily sales operations, ensuring accuracy in order processing and maintaining seamless communication between clients and internal departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, process, and manage incoming sales orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update the customer database with the latest sales and contact information.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Assist in inventory management and stock level forecasting to support sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules professionally.
- Support the sales team in contract preparation and administrative documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM software is a plus.
