Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a welcoming, organized environment for clients and visitors.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales administrators and showroom staff to ensure peak performance.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive sales reports, tracking key performance indicators and trends.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to schedule appointments, manage customer inquiries, and support deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer data, and administrative documentation.
- Implement and optimize office procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales administration, showroom management, or retail operations.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a team and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
