As the Sales Admin/Support Associate, you will act as the bridge between the sales team and administrative functions. Your primary focus will be on generating comprehensive sales reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintaining the integrity of our customer databases. You will assist in preparing sales contracts, managing customer inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.   • Generate and analyze regular sales reports and analytics for the Sales team.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate data.

  • Assist the Sales Manager and team with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
  • Track sales pipeline progress and monitor performance against monthly targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales administration, customer support, or data entry (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
