Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing, including contract preparation and documentation
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact and transaction information
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly through multiple communication channels
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Generate monthly sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Support sales team by preparing proposals, contracts, and promotional materials
- Implement customer retention strategies through proactive engagement and feedback collection
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales administration or customer service
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
