- Supervise daily sales order processing team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Consolidate inventory reports to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
- Generate comprehensive sales performance reports for management insights
- Train and mentor sales administration staff on best practices and tools
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve order discrepancies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales administration with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex sales data
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Proven experience in team training and performance management
