Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the sales department with daily administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client inquiries, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of orders and manufacturing requests.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate vendor deliveries for the sales office.
  • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested by management.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of information.
  • Support the team during audit periods by providing necessary documentation and data entry.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform data entry with minimal errors.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at Laguna Technopark.
