PMFTC is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic Field Sales Force. As the Sales Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the administrative advisor to the regional sales managers, playing a crucial role in the success of our operations. You will ensure that the sales team has the support they need to thrive in the field.
In this position, you will be responsible for streamlining administrative processes, managing sales data, and facilitating communication between the field and the regional office. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the regional sales team and field representatives.
- Manage and update sales databases, CRM systems, and customer records accurately.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate field activities, schedule appointments, and organize sales meetings.
- Handle incoming correspondence, inquiries, and internal communications efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels of sales kits and coordinate with logistics for replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, sales assistance, or a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of data entry and reporting principles.
- Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.
