You will work closely with our sales team to manage data, prepare documentation, and provide excellent support to our clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our internal database/CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and quotations as required by the sales department.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and sales kits for client meetings.
- Support the team in organizing sales-related events or meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, reliable, and keen to learn about sales operations.
