- Manage and maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and customer records
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payment processing with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate sales team schedules, meetings, and client appointments
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and performance analytics
- Assist in developing sales presentations and marketing collateral
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to sales representatives
- Monitor inventory levels of sales materials and coordinate procurement
- Collaborate with accounting and logistics departments for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or sales support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
