Join Sunny & Scramble as a Sales Administrative Staff and become the backbone of our dynamic sales operations! In this project-based role, you'll provide crucial administrative support to drive sales efficiency and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end order processing, maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system, and handling invoicing and billing procedures. You'll collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and administrative workflows, while preparing essential reports and sales documentation. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complete sales order lifecycle from processing to fulfillment
  • Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact and transaction details
  • Handle invoicing, billing reconciliation, and payment tracking
  • Coordinate administrative support for sales team meetings and client communications
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports and analytics
  • Assist in sales documentation including proposals and contracts

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in sales administration or customer service support
