Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and process daily sales orders with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and product availability.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM database to ensure client information is current and accurate.
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics for the management team.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse departments to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for prospective clients.
  • Manage office administrative tasks, including documentation filing and correspondence handling.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a customer-facing role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
