Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure client information is current and comprehensive.
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and contracts for management review.
- Address customer inquiries via phone and email, providing professional and timely assistance.
- Support the sales department with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and promotional materials for sales initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, office support, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Carmona, Cavite.
