Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage sales invoices with strict attention to detail and deadlines
- Maintain comprehensive sales documentation archives for audit and compliance purposes
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely submission of contracts and paperwork
- Generate weekly/monthly sales performance reports using Excel and CRM systems
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and documentation
- Optimize administrative workflows to improve team efficiency
- Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales administration or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong numerical aptitude and financial document handling experience
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is preferred
